About Kristin Morley

Before venturing into real estate, Kristin worked in the entertainment industry for many years, but always had a love of architecture that was further nurtured by her father. She watched him build and sell houses from an early age, so it was just a matter of time before she made the natural progression into the industry.

 

She grew up in Los Angeles and has lived all over the city, from Malibu to West Hollywood, which gives her a vast understanding of the real estate market. As your real estate advisor, Kristin brings her product knowledge and professionalism to all of her clients, which has enabled her to be a top-producing real estate agent and create a large and very loyal client base.

Her listings range from the modest condo to multi-million dollar estates that span from the Los Feliz area to Malibu. She works with buyers, sellers, and foreign nationals and is always aware of any new trends that the market has to offer. Kristin's clients range from first-time buyers but specializes in high-profile clients in both business and entertainment. Whether buying or selling, she gives the same attention, expertise, and discretion to all of her clients.

 

When Kristin isn't selling real estate, you can find her playing music, which has always been a passion of hers, and volunteering with many non-profit organizations. Mutt Match LA dog rescue is one of her favorites. Kristin believes that there is nothing better than a beautiful pup to add to any family.

 

She is also involved with the U.S. fund for UNICEF, The white Helmets, and the K.I.N.D. project that helps provide desks and scholarships to young girls in Malawi.
